Kendra Frank †
Kendra originates from Cape Cod, MA, where she began her dance training with Tanya Vincent and Bet Vages. She continued her studies at the South Shore Ballet Theatre, studying under Marthavan McKeon, George Birkadze, Stephanie Moy, Leslie Woodies, Donna Silva, and Nan Keating. In 2016 she was a trainee with Bay Pointe Ballet in San Francisco, CA. She did post graduate studies at Festival Ballet of Providence in 2017, and attended summer intensives as a scholarship student at Miami City Ballet, Bolshoi Ballet, and Bay Pointe Ballet. Her repertoire includes lead roles in Coppelia and Nutcracker.
She joined City Ballet Boston and Tony Williams’ Urban Nutcracker in Sept. 2018, dancing in Gino Gianni DeMarco’s Danse Macabre, Tony Williams’ works, as well as Gerald Arpino’s Birthday Offerings. She continues to work with City Ballet Boston.†
Kendra joined SundanceX in January 2019. She danced in Passagio Serenata at the 2019 Dance for the World Festival by José Mateo’s Ballet Theatre in June, and in Integrarte’s 2019 Winter Showcase II in March 2019. Exceprts of the work were performed in City Ballet Boston’s fundraisers in March and April 2019.
