Kieran is from New Jersey. She studied at Københavns Ballet Akademi (RAD Intermediate Foundation Advanced Foundation) 2006-2008, then continued her ballet education at The Royal Danish Ballet School 2008-2009.
From 2010-2013, she attended the Nunnbetter Dance Theater, followed by working with Gelsey Kirkland, Lyubov Fominich, Eleanor D’Antuono, Kirk Peterson, Liudmila Polonskaya, Aydmara Cabrera, Douglas Martin and Kathleen Moore, at the Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet from 2013-2016. While at Gelsey Kirkland’s school, she performed in Vivandiere (2017), Faust/Walpurgisnacht (2016), Stealing Time (2016), original neoclassical choreography B. Misha Chernov, The Cavalry Halt (2015), The Nutcracker (2015), Don Quixote (2014), Seguidilla, Harlequinade (2014/2015).

Since 2016 Kieran was an apprentice/trainee at the America Repertory Ballet in NJ, under director Douglas Martin & choreographer-in-residence Kirk Peterson, where she performed in The Nutcracker (Douglas Martin, Mary Barton), Carmen Factory (K. Peterson), Giselle, & the Sleeping Beauty. She remained at ARB through mid-2018.
In June 2018, she performed with the Benjamin Briones Ballet, at Steps in New York City.
Kieran joined SundanceX in the Summer of 2018, performing in Caprice.
