Lauren grew up in Hollis, NH. She began her training at age two, under Tanya Bosse and Kathy Blake. She then studied under Douglas Davis, Patricia Lavoie, & David Sun at Southern New Hampshire Dance Theater, where she danced soloist roles in productions of Nutcracker, Giselle, La Bayadere, and works by Ashley Walton, Bafana Matea, Benjamin Briones, Patricia Lavoie, and Douglas Davis.
In 2014, Lauren received recognition for her performance in Impetus by Ashley Walton at the Regional Dance America festival in Philadelphia. She then began studying at the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet under Marcia Dale Weary, Darla Hoover, Nicholas Ade, and Amanda Edge. In her three years of study she performed dozens of ballets and works from CPYB’s diverse repertoire, performing soloist roles in George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, Alan Hineline’s The Sleeping Beauty, Coppélia, Jukebox, Roseland Pictures, and Quindectet, Rex Wheeler’s Memoir, and Jean Williams’ Sunday Afternoon in the Park.
In August 2018 she began as a trainee with the Cincinnati Ballet.
Lauren joined SundanceX in the Summer of 2018, performing in Passagio Serenata & Caprice.
